Welcome to Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses. I design and build quality Tiny Houses with an emphasis on customization. Nestled in the foothills of the majestic San Juan mountains in Durango, CO, I understand the needs of those who call the mountains home. My philosophy is built on the notion that shelter should be a place of pride and comfort, yet one of simplicity and affordability.
QUICK START GUIDE/FAQ
- First off, this webpage is best viewed on a desktop or laptop. Some features do not work on a mobile device. Maybe some day I will actually get this fixed, but for now I recommend using a non mobile device for the best viewing experience. Also, my site got hacked in the spring of 2026 and some features were disabled. I’ve been too busy to sit down and fix it…
- I DO NOT maintain “stock” units. Each house is built to order
- There is usually a waitlist from 4-18 months. Currently, I am NOT TAKING RESERVATIONS. I will only consider taking builds of exceptional character.
- Legacy Pricing information is located on the link to the left or here. I have yet to establish pricing for any builds moving forward, but since I’m only taking on highly unique builds you can expect prices to be at least 20% higher than the legacy prices.

- My business phone line is defunct (it was part of Skype which is now discontinued). In light of my career shift, I don’t plan on getting a new one. Email is the best way to get in touch. I have a mobile # I can use if a call is better, but I won’t publish this online.
